I woke up to spectacular beach views in both directions, from Surfers Paradise to Coolangatta. The unit presentation was lovely, but there were some cleanliness issues that needed attention. The hotel was quieter and relaxing, ensuring a peaceful stay close to the vibrant heart of Broadbeach.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel! The room I initially got was very comfortable and a good size, perfect for relaxing in the afternoon. However, the first room was terrible, grubby, and old with the TV and air conditioning not working. Thankfully, they promptly moved me to a much better room, and I appreciated that gesture.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They were always a call away if reception was closed and very attentive. Additionally, they were very apologetic when there was an issue with my bed and had it changed while I was out, which was thoughtful.

The location of the hotel was excellent! It was just far enough away from the popular area to be relaxing and clean while being conveniently across the road from the beach. I loved that I could easily walk to the Surf Club, Shops, and Restaurants.
